Το στούντιο Thunder Lotus ανακοίνωσε ότι η κυκλοφορία του νέου τους παιχνιδιού, «33 Immortals», αναβάλλεται για το 2025.
Το παιχνίδι, το οποίο χαρακτηρίζεται από την λειτουργία co-op που υποστηρίζει μέχρι και 33 παίκτες σε ένα roguelike περιβάλλον, επρόκειτο αρχικά να κυκλοφορήσει σε early access φέτος, όμως η εταιρεία αποφάσισε να καθυστερήσει την κυκλοφορία προκειμένου να αντιμετωπίσει τεχνικά ζητήματα και να βελτιώσει τη σταθερότητα του παιχνιδιού, βάσει των σχολίων που έχει λάβει από τις δοκιμές.
Το 33 Immortals επιτρέπει στους παίκτες να αναλάβουν τον ρόλο καταραμένων ψυχών, που συνεργάζονται για να νικήσουν ορδές τεράτων και γιγαντιαία bosses, αμφισβητώντας την τελική κρίση του Θεού.
Παρόλο που δεν έχει οριστεί ακριβής ημερομηνία κυκλοφορίας για το 2025, η Thunder Lotus ανακοίνωσε ότι σύντομα θα υπάρξουν νέες ευκαιρίες για δοκιμή του παιχνιδιού μέσω Epic και Xbox.
Το παιχνίδι θα κάνει την εμφάνισή του σε Xbox, Windows PC και Epic Games Store, με το στούντιο να επιλέγει να μην το κυκλοφορήσει στο Steam στην αρχή.
Το στούντιο είναι γνωστό για προηγούμενους τίτλους όπως το Spiritfarer, το Jotun, και το Sundered, που έχουν ξεχωρίσει για την ποιότητά τους, δίνοντας αισιοδοξία για το νέο τους εγχείρημα.
